Stuart Page is a Managing Principal at Kanesville Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm based in Dallas, TX. He has accumulated nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience from his time spent in investment banking, private equity and brokerage. 

Prior to joining Kanesville, Stuart was a Managing Director for Hilco Real Estate where he led the firm’s brokerage efforts across Texas. Prior to Hilco, he was an investment banker where his engagements led to more than $450 million worth of capital formation and sell-side advisory transactions. In the private equity sector, he has worked on cross-border buyout transactions totaling more than $300 million.

Stuart earned his M.B.A in Finance degree from Pepperdine University, building on his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Additionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and contributes his time and expertise to his local DFW Chapter.
