Dallas private equity firm buys two apartment properties
Kanesville Capital, a Dallas-based private equity investment firm, has acquired two San Antonio apartment properties totaling 388 units, The Blair at Bitters and The Henry B — its second deal in the market as it looks to further expand across Texas.
